This event is on Friday August 10th at the Marriott Energy Corridor Hotel.
6:00pm - 7:30pm - Registration, Barbecue and Pie Buffet with Silent Auction Bidding Open.
7:30pm - 8:45pm - Pie Bingo (Play Bingo to win whole Proud Pies!!)
8:45pm - 9:00pm - Silent Auction Winners Announcement!
1 Ticket includes: Daddy Duncans Incredible Barbecue Buffet, Proud Pie buffet for dessert, Iced Tea, Water and Coffee Station, and 10 Bingo Squares (10 games total will be called so you will have one square per game).
Additional Bingo Sheets will be available to purchase at 10 dollars per 8 squares

Beer, Wine, and Soft Drink Cash Bar will also be available.
